Customers using PayPal can pay via their customer account or via a card also using PayPal. General notes on Terms of Business:
Returns - We offer a 14 day 'no quibble' money back guarantee on all Military Mail items, providing the item is returned in original condition as sent.
Availability: All items are offered subject to being unsold. We will respond to e-mail and telephone enquiries as soon as we are able to confirm the availability of items. Please note that purchases from our website have priority, so items may be purchased by others whilst we respond to enquiries or questions, unless you ask us to hold the item and we have confirmed this.
Terminology: We have extensive experience of retailing postal history items of all types for over 45 years and aim to describe any significant faults in our descriptions. Grading of items is stated in the context of that typical of the age and condition of similar items. We always describe when an item has been reduced to a 'Front' (i.e. an address panel only) not only in our description, but also in the item heading.
Unique Identifier: All items will have a unique stock reference number. When making an enquiry by telephone or email, please quote the title of the items and the stock reference number.
Provenance: Where an item has provenance known to us we will state this in the description, this may refer to a publication or known previous owner. Reference to publications will be to typically referenced philatelic publications e.g Kennedy and Crabb or Proud (publication name).
