Plain cover franked KGV 1d cancelled s/r QUEENSTOWN 2 JA 16 with enclosed folded letter (same date) on stationery 'Admiralty House, Queenstown'. Letter is signed Lewis Ragby, this would be Admiral Lewis Ragby, who discusses the flow of everything through Malta, from soldiers to bandages and the wounded.
