Two registration labels, initially the old (R right) label used on posting (pencil Harwich crossed through), with the LONDON I.S. label applied with the REGISTERED LONDON oval 31 JA 16.

I assume the note 'Bacon 40/-' applies to the senders outfitters account. 

Scarce double registered cover.
