Front of the card shows the O.A.T boxed cachet - Onwards Air Transmission applied in transit and the IRC sorting reference 3SS* 25 SEP 1945. 

On the resverse the sender makes enquiry regarding a message to his father in Budapest as having been named on the list of survivors from Buchenwald. Has red reference numbers and IRC MESSAGE COMMUNIQUE cachet.
